For everyone’s safety, all pets must be up‑to‑date on required vaccinations:

• Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella (Canine Influenza recommended)

• Cats: Rabies, FVRCP (FeLV recommended)
  Proof of vaccination is required before check‑in.

🐕 What should I bring for boarding?

Please bring your pet’s food, medications, and clear instructions. You’re welcome to pack a favorite toy, blanket, or comfort item. We provide clean bedding, bowls, and lots of love.

🐱 Do you board cats too?

Yes! Cats enjoy their own quiet, cozy suites away from the hustle and bustle of the dog areas. Think sunbeams, soft bedding, and plenty of purr‑sonal attention.

🎾 What’s a typical day like at doggy daycare?

Expect playtime, socialization, naps, and enrichment activities. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament to keep things safe and fun.

✂️ What grooming services do you offer?

From Spa Splash baths to full Paw‑lish & Shine packages, we offer baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, de‑shedding treatments, and puppy’s first spa experiences.

🎓 How does training work?

We offer positive, reward‑based training tailored to your dog’s needs—whether it’s basic obedience, leash manners, or advanced skills. We’ll start with a consultation to set goals and create a plan.

💳 How do payments and reservations work?

• A deposit is required for peak times and holidays.

• Payment is due at pick‑up.

• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

🐾 Can I tour the facility?

Absolutely! We encourage Meet & Greets so you and your pet can get comfortable before their first stay. Just schedule a time, and we’ll roll out the welcome mat (and maybe a few treats).

📸 Will I get updates on my pet?

Yes! With your permission, we’ll share photos and updates so you can see your pet enjoying their stay.

🐕 What if my pet has special needs?

We’re experienced with seniors, pets on medication, and those with special care requirements. Just let us know in advance so we can tailor their care.
